So, if RF had roughly the same (30 nm) in 2011, let's assume (a leap, I know) that ASML machines are comparable now to RF ones. Latest ASML can now do 7 nm it seems China has 22 nm Not sure what limit Samsung and Taiwan have at the mo. From what I understand ASML depends on some US tech re source of light (or whatever) and this is how they can dictate to ASML about sanctions. In other words, RF does not depend on getting their chips from western washing machines for their Avangard missiles
