Indeed, that only started happening after the attack on the Crimea bridge, if I recall. I also remember Scott Ritter talking to some western military strategists who couldn't understand why Russia wasn't targeting major infrastructure from the outset, as that has been the first order of business every time western militaries have gone in to smash other countries to pieces - usually safely from bombers and cruise missiles. Russia, it seems, has allowed Ukraine & NATO every opportunity to back down and de-escalate and, for the most part, employed tactics designed to inflict the least harm on civilians. All they've got in return is an endless stream of provocations & obstruction to peace negotiations. So now the gloves are off. Congrats, NATO ghouls. The tragedy is that they won't be the ones paying the price. I guess it's up to the populations of NATO countries to bring about a semblance of justice on that account.
