Thoreau was one of the early pioneers of environmentalism. He'd be horrified by what we do today. He wouldn't have much time for electric cars either. Or the infrastructure built to support them - that the fan club chooses to ignore. And, while you're at it, time to read his The Duty of Civil Disobedience. Great to see so many readers on here.
