It's almost like the time just before the military take over openly. Though, because it's the UK, that would be unecessay because the 'coup' just emerges when the ruling elite decides it's time for a clampdown. To deny that Starmer is a state actor, is obviously absurd. Just look at the ####ers career trajectory, where he worked, what his job was as a top state lawyer! And they knighted him for his services to the... state. How could he not be a state actor? Unless one is stoopid enough or naive, or pig ignorant, to accept that some the Law and the State are neutral and non-partisan.
