so she may be "working" (not that that changes anything). Thais are very easy going a lot of the time, although it's changed in recent decades as they've got more nationalistic (various political campaigns have got them blaming foreigners for all the problems; sound familiar?). It was true before, but more so now, if you kick off with a Thai they will get mob handed on you and absolutely bin you. The "farang armour" doesn't work any more and if you're doing something like this...he's lucky to be breathing. Shame that he is.

He sounds suspiciously like Tucker Carlson---correct re Israel, but muddled or at least obfuscatory about other things. He mutters darkly about the coming ascendancy of BRICS. I think that would be a wonderful thing, but this guy seems to see it as a threat.

And, really, what the hell is "America-first"?
