Hmmmm interesting. Good on you lot for waking up and expressing an opinion. Here are some examples of rights vs privileges.
Its a right to vote but you still have rules around that. It is a right to freely express your opinion as long as your not defaming some one in the process. You CAN have rights with rules.
It is a privilege to express your opinion on this site courtesy of that fine fellow Phil (and Karen of course).
Its a privilege to cross private land to go to a beach courtesy of the generosity of the owner.
But unless that beach is privately owned and I'm pretty sure most arent you have the right to fish there as most beaches are part of the "common marine and coastal area" which belong to everyone (as I understand it).
Have some of you got your rights and privileges mixed up ?
