I would second what Tom just said, it doesn't happen much but when it does it gives me a break and usually i fill the time anyway, also like Peter i work alone and this can mess up your day.
I had one customer that failed to turn up then booked the following week and did the same again, well that was enough, so i told him to get lost and i certainly am not short of customers.
I think you will have to live with it Clive.
