(1) PLOT READINGS -- takes up to 4 parameters of the signal and plots them over time (2) MIN/MAX TRENDPLOT -- records glitches as brief as 40 billionths of a second on any digital signal (3) FLIGHT RECORD -- captures the last 40 screen snapshots in memory (4) INTERMITTENT RECORD -- Record from 6 seconds to 21 hours with endless recorder!
For people using scopes and want to know more!
Would some of the more experienced scope users have a go at explaining the 4 functions above. They are taken from the Fluke/PMS user guide. I've occasionally used 3 and 4 when looking for a glitch in a sensor, but got to say the live data on the scanner is probably easier to use now. However I've never used 1 or 2! Would anyone like to have a go in order to bring forth discussion like we had in "The olden days" And what possible scenario would you be most likely to use the function.
