I don't know if Cherie Blair is still an advisor to NSO, the firm behind Pegasus software: https://www.latifa.info/cherie-blair-is-adviser-to-nso-the-firm-behind-pegasus-spyware/ i agree that it is meaningless to assert that states have a right to exist. Insofar as the right to exist has meaning, I would think that it inheres in individuals rather than states. All states are by their nature repressive. They monopolise violence in the interests of the elites they serve. There seem to be two models of statehood. There is the model of pluralist civic nationalism, where all citizens are equal and have equal rights, in theory, at least, if not in practice. There is the model of monist ethno-nationalism, where full citizenship is based on supposed ethnicity and where ethnic minorities have inferior status. Israel is a model, a template, of the latter. It is inherent in Zionism. Ukrainian and Hindu nationalists, for instance, see it as an example. In Ukraine it manifests in hatred of Russians and all things Russian. In India it is specifically anti-Muslim. In Britain, there seem to be some moves to try to weaponise 'Hinduphobia' in a similar way to the way 'antisemitism' has been weaponised.
