The interesting thing the year prior Sean was approaching people getting them to agree to the 5 year Champions Society. Numerous people agreed to this and joined it. Now all of a sudden the dept changes to yet another set of agreements and promises. This could lead one to question whether or not you can depend on them standing by the agreements you agree to. This could become problematic.
