I know what it is is. I have had the intended use described to me, and it is not NIL. Referring to it as NIL is just a lazy way of rebranding. Giving additional monies to athletes via the athletic department is already allowed, and our athletes are not near the limits that are able to be given to them. NIL is simply a whole different animal that we are not prepared for.
