Btw, Cdm wasn't good at seeing what players made the team better when they were on the floor. So frustrating. We lost 2 big games when he pulled hot players off the floor.

I have not been very happy with the results in the first two seasons under Acker, but I have been at least willing to hold open the possibility that budget, or lack thereof, might be a key cause. But, I would say Diaz' use is a place where I think Acker blew it. Overall, what I saw was that we were better when he was on the floor, and that he didn't get on the floor nearly as often as I thought he should have. I don't blame him for leaving at all, but I wish him well.

I too liked Rob, and wish him the best. Like was stated above, I hope that he is ready for those cold (really cold) winters at NDSU. I also hope that he gets the playing minutes that he is looking for!

I wish he had stayed, but he didn't look happy how he was utilized, and we ended up replacing him with some quality guards anyway. I wish him the best and yeah, the winter is going to be brutal in North Dakota!

I hoped he would stay. My sense is Acker ran him off by the way he treated him. He deserved way more minutes if all you consider is his production. Of course I have no idea what else might have been going on, but I liked him a lot.

Rob always played hard at LB. I thought he should have been a starter in most games.
