I've left cats over a weekend with no problems, but Callie has given me some proglems in the past, so I'm leery of doing so, but it's short notice to find a cat sitter, and it would probably only be for one day anyway. I have a double cat bowl that we used for the two torties we adopted, and I can get puppy pads to put around the litter box, but I don't know if they would help anyway since I can't change them until I get back. This is a great opportunity for me, I'll get to meet some friends from my early days on Yahoogroups, and it would be good to have a weekend away. I'll probably just do it and pray that it works out. I have never had problems with other cats, however they weren't rescues, but she was pretty good when I was away at camp. She peed outside the box, but it was in a contained area, and maybe she needed a little more litter. Hmmm, I think it could work, with a little prayer and advice, and some planning.
