Too many people do not do this part and wonder why they are unable to regain their ability to do. Yes it is painful and NOT enjoyable but you will reap the benefits!! Keep up the hard work and determination!!!! Also your spirit is admirable!!!! I have beem thrgough this with my disease and some serious back fusions!!!!! Take care and be good to yourself!!!!!
