I am so sorry to hear this. I am praying all will be well, and she has just bruised herself. I know what a worry it can be though. I can't really think of any way you can stop kittens climbing and doing the dangerous things that kittens do - they are so active and mischievous. All I can do is send prayers that she has not hurt herself too much
