I don't know if you saw my post below. We found arthitis in Sara's elbows, and have started her on once-monthly injections of Solensia (a new treatment for feline osteoarthritis based on monoclonal antibodies). Her limp has almost completely gone away, and she's moving much more fluidly. It's really helping her.
Of course, it's not cheap. We've hit her deductible for her insurance this year, so for the rest of the year, at least, part of it gets reimbursed. But I definitely had to think about the cost.
And I don't even know if it's available outside of the United States. But I just thought I'd mention it to you. Sara and Cleo are the same age, and it's just so hard to watch them slow down.
