Yes, I use pulmozyme (I have been on it for years--since it first came out--and it increased my lung function by about 15%, so I like it ), and hypertonic saline as well as inhaled antibiotics. But like I said, I pretty much never bleed. Last time was about 6 months ago, but before that it was probably 3-4 years ago.

The bleeding has totally stopped--it only lasted 2 days, and ended after I coughed up a couple of blood clots--which was really strange. I've had less secretions since then.

I'm actually more concerned with the shortness of breath. That I have definitely never had before.
I think I will go off of it for a few days and see what happens, or maybe take the lower dose suggestion.

I was also wondering if it might have been one of the other things in the formula--like the NAC, etc?
