Forgot about their bonus tracking thing. I've edited most of my digital copies of their album so that the bonus tracks are either separated, or placed where I like them. Sometimes they work great in context (the Mummer bonus tracks improve the album enormously IMO) sometimes they don't (the Black Sea bonuses mess with the flow of the album more than I like). And in some cases the band fixed the bonus track issue for us, like with the fixed polarity edition of Skylarking which puts both Dear God and Mermaid Smiled at the right spots in the tracklist instead of leaving out one or just tacking it to the end.
