The Emu of course. Plus their eggs are huge and naturally green.
While we had chickens that laid brown or blue eggs and had to cross hens who laid brown with hens that laid blue to get green shells.
But now green, brown and blue eggs are showing up at organic stores and Farmers Markets!
Last month I went to Walmart and the only 6 pack of eggs they sold were dark brown.
Eggs are eggs LOLOL!
