...I lost a detailed post on the food that I chose, and the dog. Argh! Amazon tried to download something, and froze everything. I couldn't get to anything, and had to reboot. Sheesh!

The skinny, for now, is:

1 - I found a new food that is acceptable for Krypto temporarily, but not to me, so I don't know where he'll eat it. When I tried feeding a cat food with allergenic ingredients to me, in the back of the house, I ended up with asthma which got progressively worse until I couldn't breathe, so this is a dilemma.

2 - The dog, I now hear, slept with the cats. The woman will try Saturday evening or Sunday (Yes, I know.). If something doesn't work out with her by then, or just Ds by Mon., Dh is done with the situation, and I don't blame him.

Also, I have 2 requests:

3 - For Pierre, my last, and friendliest, Kitty Kamper. We changed his food, and my plump boy lost a lot of weight quickly. I hope that's what it is. I switched back to his old food. He's quite elderly, so I'm concerned. I'll let you know if the food change helps, or not.

4 - I spoke to my aunt yesterday evening, and her older (11, but she's a large girl.) Belgian breed dog has been on joint medication for 2-3 years. Her problem has gotten worse. She doesn't want to take the dog to the vet anymore for the medication, as the dog gets very upset at the vet's office. She said that she will know when the dog is ready to be put down, and wants to order the meds online, which requires a prescription from the vet. She's afraid that the vet, not her favorite person in the world, won't participate in letting her get the non-steroidal elsewhere. I'm hoping that he does, to make the dogs last months or weeks less stressful for everyone.
