It's the same here. Hundred and teens here right now, and 90 in the house...they said that it was going to be a bad and dangerous heat weekend. :-( Both dogs were panting a little while ago, so we used a wet washcloth, too. Head, feet, 'arm pits,' and inside thighs. And, while at the head - special attention to wetting those bat ears of theirs. I worry when they get that hot.

I still need a new box fan, too, but can't do it right now. I now put a table fan on the floor for the dogs, especially Hira who will lie right in front of it when hot. Plus, it's probably difficult to get any fan right now, in this heat wave.
