"YYYYAAAAHHH!!!" Irzen raised his blade, Evenflow, high over his head and delivered the killing blow by separating Gruumasht's head from his shoulders.
The great orc warlord and leader of the horde now lay dead upon the battle field. Upon seeing their leader dispatched by the elves and their allies, they fled back down the valley and any underground cave they could see. The cavalry charged down the valley floor trampling any unfortunate orc alive and undead into the.
Ragged and worn, the Drow Swordsman reached down, seized the head of the Orc Warlord, held it aloft and screamed at the top of his lungs, "NORTHAVEN VICTAAAA!!!"
Prince Birch brandished his sword high and joined in the fearsome cry of victory, "NORTHAVEN VICTAAAAA!"
Translation: "NORTHAVEN VICTA! NORTHAVEN VICTORIOUS!"
Mandur sighed finally, "About time someone put that pig in his place!"
"Yeah, in the ground!" Ash lowered his shield slightly when the stench of death filled his nose. He gagged suddenly but caught himself and as he did he spotted the necromancer grinning viciously behind a wall of bone golems and other undead.
Barakas sneered, "I must thank you for getting rid of that brute. He was great once but alas no more! HAHAHAHAHAAHA!"
The bronze man had a particular grudge against the necromancer and how he defiled the dead.
Irzen turned towards Barakas and pointed the business end of his blade at the Necromancer, "Dos phuul huthin!"
Translation: "You're next!"
"Is that so?" Barakas shrugged nonchalantly, "You were never good at being a dog, Irzen. Venger should of had you on a shorter leash!"
Raising his clawed hands in the air, the necromancer muttered words in deep speech causing all the undead to merge into a huge skeletal wingless dragon like monster. The eerie multiple eyes of the creature honed in on the group as it jumped up and over the corpses.
"LOOK OUT!" Ash shouted as the monster slammed downward, claws raking at the group.
"BEARDS OF FOE! WHAT IS THAT?!" Mandur gripped his warhammer and shield.
Irzen was barely able to scramble out of the way of the creature's claws as he did his best to assume a defensive posture.
"Whatever it is it will fall this day!" Birch jumped back to give himself more room to assess this new combatant.
The monster reared up and exhaled a blast of bone shards at the group following through with a tail swipe at the crown prince as he rolled out of the way.
Mandur brought up his shield just in time to cover Irzen and Birch from being turned into the Realm's version of a pin cushion.
In most circumstances, the bronze man stayed out of serious boss fights even in the human disguise he chose to take but this thing, a mockery of dragon kind was really getting to him.
Suddenly the monster was knocked sideways to far left. It hit the ground with a thud as the scorching fire breath of Deargerax burned and blackened the skeletal structure that made up its left flank. Bringing her claws together she unleashed a massive fireball that slammed into the monster again.
