Pasta bake"
16 oz pasta ("penne" or "rigatoni" style are best) 16 oz shredded cheese (experiment here with different kinds) 1 jar pasta sauce --24-28 oz coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray or oil place the dry pasta in the dish pour the pasta sauce over the noodles fill the pasta jar with water and pour that over the noodles also (stir slightly to blend the water and sauce) cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 35 min. remove from oven and carefully remove the foil spread the cheese evenly over the pasta return uncovered dish to the oven for an additional 15 minutes (cheese should be bubbly & on the verge of "browning") remove from oven and let cool for 5 - 10 minutes enjoy!
