Turner engineering do new engines, BUT they also do correctly engineered engines with 'top hat' liners & sealed bottoms to overcome the water/liner problems.
Have a word with them.

The Landrover engines can be had 'new' but are made in Weston super mare, & the last one I fitted I had to reseal the sump because of leaks.....didn't inspire convidence. (although Landrover would have done ths under warranty)

Bear in mind, to do the job properly, all the hoses & rad need renewing.
Many, many thousands of pounds, make sure the customer wants to pay. I usually find it costs twice the price of the stripped engine by time you have finished inc labour!!
