Thanks Steve, how did you know it would be a water/liner it was suffering with, not like they suffer from this problem (NOT!). Yes the customer is aware of the cost and and what is involve we change the head gasket the other month (telling the customer this wont cure your problem only mask it for a short time but still they chose to change the gasket and not the engine)so we have changed the rad, water pump most of the hoses etc.

Many thanks for the number I will give them a ring in the morning I tried Land Rover but they didn't seem to be interested in the job it was really hard trying to get them to ring us back with a price.
