Just amazing! Truly amazing! And it makes every Chiefs game "must c tv".

Ive gotten rather far off topic. My intended point today is multiple. 1st & foremost. Jim Harbaugh knows the limitations of his team. He's winning with a roster bereft of playmakers. That Herbert fella has some talent. But hes not anything more talented than 20 other strong armed gen z-ers. Blow on the guy & he's looking for a landing spot instead of an open receiver. Heinicke is the backup there. If Herbert could milk some if the toughness out of heinicke. The Chargers would have a helluva qb. Until then. The qb in charge(r) feels closer to Jeff George than Brett Favre/ Terry Bradshaw/ John Elway.

On Harbaugh- I think he knew, when they kucked the fg to go up by 1 wuth nearly 5 minutes left. That the chargers had put themselves in position to be the latest- Mahomes Magic victim. Harbaugh knew, he didnt have the team in place, yet. To do the 2 things necessary for a win. Convert 4th & 8- go on to score a td & bleed the click in the process. And then keep mahomes out of the endzone to preserve a victory.
Id like to criticise harbaugh for kicking that fg. But ya just cant. Not with Jesse Palmer as your top wr. A slew of castoffs at te & rb. No, harbaugh knew. "Not this year".

I think the ensuing kickoff. A dribbler, a penalty. That gave the chiefs the ball at the 40 was on purpose. In the hope reid would make a tactical error. Score a quick 6 & leave enough time for a harbaugh/herbert miracle at the end.

The better HC's in the league seem to be dialing it up on purpose. Is it a psychology play to get the most out of gen z-ers? Weve seen it in both the ncaa & Nfl the past few seasons. Get a blowout lead & your kids have a let down. Keep it close to the end. They play their best in the final 5. Its the antithesis if what we once knew. All the more reason im still mad at KOC for the final 4 minutes of week 6 hosting Detroit. KOC knew. He absolutely knew. Punting to detroit at the end meant near certain defeat.
