Doable. $624.58 for shipping. Add in the tax & it works out to about $8.00 per sausage. ( 5 links per lb) Lmfao! I can buy a 1/2 side of local grass fed beef & a 70lb hog for that. What i miss about California. Cali hot links, so hot they make you sweat. Taste similar to ring bolgna but with red pepper flakes dotted throughout. And- Spanish blood sausage. The spaniards forgo the rice and use ground pine nuts and or pistachios. If you like blood sausage. The spaniards perfected it! Alaska sausage & Seafood makes really good reindeer sausage. Natural casing. It tastes similar to a mild polish. Last year I ordered 20# from them. $160 for the meat, $90 in Shipping. Im absolutely stunned with the shipping quote from Chicago's "Parker House" sausage company. I guess, ima be making sausage again this spring. |
