What i miss about California.
Cali hot links, so hot they make you sweat. Taste similar to ring bolgna but with red pepper flakes dotted throughout.
And- Spanish blood sausage. The spaniards forgo the rice and use ground pine nuts and or pistachios. If you like blood sausage. The spaniards perfected it!

Alaska sausage & Seafood makes really good reindeer sausage. Natural casing. It tastes similar to a mild polish. Last year I ordered 20# from them. $160 for the meat, $90 in Shipping.
