So, most of the players drafted, that make the 53 roster. Their cap# would be a likely net zero. Rook minimum vs vet minimum and maybe the 1st handful of picks a slight bump.

Side note, Siefert is reporting the lean is Harrison Smith will return for a 15th season. He was cut in early March with June 1 designation. But told they'll sign him back if he does decide he wishes to go again. Having Smith return would be huge for the team!
