I opened the link you provided Carrie, and it looks like the project "start" has been delayed a week to September 16. I copied and will paste:
UPDATE: The FM 518 & I-45 intersection improvement project that was set to start the evening of September 9 has been delayed one week and will now begin on Friday, September 16.
This will be a massive intersection when finished!!
