The purchase will require raising our property taxes to purchase and harden the building for use as a municipal facility.

Vista, Texas, and take any and all necessary steps to complete the city’s
purchase of this real property.

Consider and take possible action to approve ORDINANCE 2026-08 AUTHORIZING AND ORDERING THE ISSUANCE OF CITY OF BAYOU VISTA, TEXAS LIMITED TAX NOTE, SERIES 2026; SPECIFYING THE TERMS AND FEATURES OF SUCH NOTE; LEVYING A CONTINUING DIRECT ANNUAL AD VALOREM TAX FOR THE PAYMENT OF SAID NOTE; AND RESOLVING OTHER MATTERS INCIDENT AND RELATED TO THE ISSUANCE, SALE, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY OF A PAYING
AGENT/REGISTRAR AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE"
