I now have 3 bikes with heel and toe change. Next, i will make a dual lever for the Spitfire.
NABD will supply and fit a kliktronic system if i want one but i prefer the system i make up which costs just an old gear lever and weld it up. The two new Triumphs had heel and toe when ordered. Those two have a lot of adjustment to get just right.
The Thunderbird has the best gearchange as it is less like a tractor gearshift. The R111 is a very large set of gears to operate by foot so makes a bit of noise.
The problem with getting older, it makes it difficult just getting on and off now.
The last 12 Months i had not used the new bikes due to the various hospital visits i had looking for problems. The tremors i was having have almost stopped but still dropping tools and screws etc.
I was fairly fast on the road tonight and it made it enjoyable.
One day,i may have to have an auto scooter type bike but it would need to be a 750 Honda.
