You've ordered something to be delivered, you should have a tracking code long before delivery. Any parcel deliverer either leaves the parcel or a company card. Parcel delivery company card left has the company 'phone number on it.

When you get an email out of the blue claiming to have a parcel for you, without any tracking code, should be bleeding obvious it's a scam ...?
