We get sent those photos, usually of our parcel outside someone else's house. That's not proof of delivery to us and we have never had any problem getting refunds or replacements.

I believe these mis-deliveries are down to drivers not having the time, patience or local knowledge to find the right house. Just as long as they can photo the parcel outside a door will satisfy their employer even if the door is miles and miles away from the right door!
