For the first time in 15 years, my solar charged batteries that operate my outside lights, have fully discharged and i will have to use a car charger to top up.
Next Spring, i have a large panel and charge controller which will charge without bright sun at a cost of £40. I should be able to get a 60 watt output from the panel but the controller will shut it down when charged
I need at least 30 minutes sun to keep charge and there has been none at all for about 2 weeks
