Imagine what a mess we would all be in if we tried to be totally dependent upon solar panels for our domestic electricity.
Did you see damage caused to the country's largest solar farm on Anglesey last week caused by the storm. Around 35 to 40% of the panels were destroyed, and numerous of hose ugly windmills had their whole rotor assemblies blown off by the storm. Obviously green energy makes us confident of an unbroken supply. Or perhaps not.
