Is not just that Kawasaki but most current 'naked' bikes and quite a few faired sports bikes. Only the retros & cruisers seem to escaped the blight.

Its a generational thing. To us they're hideous, our children will be fairly indifferent about them, but our grandkids will think they're the best looking coolest bikes ever.

I fear not appreciating these modern designs says as much about us, railing against change in our dotage, as it does about the merit, or lack of merit, in the modern design ethos.

But don't worry, tastes will change and it won't be long before a new era of design will come along to oust these eyesores......and it will be a different generation's time to despise those!
