When my Mum had a stroke years ago, it took the ambulance over 6 hours to get to her.

I called the ambulance 3 times, and when the crew arrived who were very good, they said it was down to the call handlers incorrectly prioritising the call.

Wonder what part of "my Mum has had a stroke" they did not understand.
