You are wrong. The Vin has a T in it, Tarrytown, N.Y.. There is no documentation showing the COPO status. Color and engine should be on the window sticker or POP or factory delivery sheet. The blank on the color could be Hugger Orange. 454 engine nice but not original in 1969. 1970 Chevrolet sold a racing 454 engine which they installed. The delivery is 3rd week of May 1969. My L72 SS47 Impala took 4 months to build from Tarrytown. Delivered 3rd week of December 1968. NICK L72
