Who can reprint a speedometer face

I don't have a good reason, I just kind of collect rare GM clusters. But I grabbed this 1968 Imapal gauge cluster off eBay, and it will need to have the face printing redone:

I talked to one company but they were afraid the numbers were raised which would mean they can't do it.

Any suggestions on who would be best to do the cosmetic restoration on the faces?
