Selling the car and parts separate might be the way to go financially.
The 327 is in need of a full rebuild.... so it would be better to rebuild the 454 otherwise I would be looking at altering the exhaust, etc.
If I sell the car the 327 could go with it should the new owner wanted it for originality sake.
