You need to decide how much work you want to do to sell the car, with the bib block having issues, I would put the original 327 back in to get it running, would think that a running car big block or small block would bring more as a running. Car by far especially if it is numbers matching.
If you sell car as is plan a 25% hit, and the guy will want the 427 parts for a steal,
Put the 327 in for someone to decide what to do with the car, if you you have docs especially on the options, I would hope someone would want to keep it original.
If they use it as a driver, they will sell the trim or keep it for a time when they restore it.
Now thee SS427 stuff, sell as a package, I went through the collection of SS427 stuff to do mine, it was quite a feat to get the stuff, hardest part was the deck lid trim, when I do mine I am using aftermarket front trim, I have the NOS, but why use it on a car I want to drive? I have a few SS NOS grilles and a restored one, I will be using the restored one, they are only NOS once, there are plenty of guys looking for that stuff, especially if it is a one stop shop.
The 454 won’t fetch much, but can be a bargaining chip, to be used in 427 stuff, cause pulleys, intake, exhaust manifolds, etc is hard to come by as well.
Now this is my opinion, would love to see photos of the car as my first 67 was s butternut yellow/ black vinyl top, but minus all the options, the car I have now was a 283 pg w/ a t400 someone put in it ps pb, I have added a ton of options I have accumulated over the years, still looking for power seat, one will show up...
But in my humble opinion, unless you are burned out, sell them separate, little more work, but the payoff would be to Your advantage.
Someone needs that SS427 stuff, your 327 car optioned like that would be best.... I think
