racing is what it is. nobody wants to sponsor ryan newman. there are reasons for that. lots of people want to sponsor danica. dale jr is the same deal on a much larger scale.

if she never gets any better, she will be a Daytona 500, road course specialist that still gets to race. I would be pretty surprised if halfway thru her rookie season is the best she gets though. that doesn't really make any sense.
