OMG, Although, the driver should not have been out on the track (it happens all the time in these circumstances), it appears that Stewart revved the engine and the rear kicked out and hit the guy and threw and thus killed him. He is going to pay for this emotionally (and possibly financially) forever.

Past feeling terrible for the kid's family, although over the years I have disliked Stewart, I hate to see anyone get themselves in a situation like this. Even Tony Stewart.
