With it being Stage 4....thats not good news. I wonder if they tried any of the clinical drugs? Though it did nothing for my sister in law and usually they do that along with the chemo. I actually used John's case as example to her when she wanted to stop the chemo. But a doctor told us the chemo melts it away big time....for about a year...then it comes back. She didnt want to go through all of the treatments (her treatments for some reason were very long days)for a year so she stopped and passed away weeks later. I was VERY lucky I went for my "scoping" at 46....else I'd not be here either. But I have family members who still wont go even though my dad had a close call too. Its a nothing deal....guts me to see John have this when it might have been prevented.
