I wake up at dawn, and its 7 am instead of 6
I get off the beach at dark, and its 8 instead of 9
Days are getting shorter.

Today -
sunrise 7:40AM
sunset 8:17PM

7 days later -
sunrise 7:42AM
sunset 8:12PM

so in one week we lose 2 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at sunset for a total of 7 minutes difference in the length of a day.

I don't like the shorter days but I'm able to handle the gradual change, and am very glad there will be no clock ####ing on November 5th
