D, I think you're mixing up US Election Day with the former end of DST in Mexico--the last Sunday in October and the reason for my broken finger. My neighbor, whose life is governed by US TV shows on Eastern Time, has set her clocks ahead two hours. I would throw all of mine away if I didn't work remotely in five time zones.
