If you want a place that is clean and feels like Mexico we have have stayed at Puerto de Luna the last 3 years in PV on the trip to La Manzanilla. Very clean great hotel staff and great people staying there that offer great info. While not the least expensive place in town we enjoy the feel of the place. They allow pets and are close to great food, banks and grocery stores. Close by to Costco if that’s your desire and Aron or other driver services will take you there on the drive to La Manz if that’s your desire.
