I think It would have been hard for them to try and make sure it was a N vs S championship. I’m pretty sure there were more North teams than South teams. So I don't think they set the bracket up for it to be intended for that. As far as umpires, at Baytown they were horrible. We had 2 games where umps didn’t have control of the game and another set of umps weren’t on the same page. The strike zone was horrible. I mean HORRIBLE! Let me add the ump didn’t make it obvious he wanted the North team to win. They should have started coed Friday at BLD and cancelled league. Games would have been done sooner and people would have gotten some sleep. I also heard if you had to drive from one park to another and if you weren’t there in time it was a forfeit. That’s BS!
