i am glad you have grasped the concept of divisions. we all are as a matter of fact.
upper ball refers to higher levels of softball than just recreation. For most states that will begin with C ball. I wanted to be the first to welcome you to "upper ball" and introduce to the common terminology.
judging by your diction, you may commonly be referred to as "scrub" or "spare" during your time on the field. These words mean you are not as talented as the playing using them... only in a much more negative connotation.
