B and C have been combined in texas for the past 10 years. They try to split them up for state but have always been combined for other tournies especially N v S. Please stop complaining and just play ball. If you worried about getting beat by the B teams then you won't even be able to beat the better C teams anyways so your team doesn't stand a chance at winning the tourney either way.
